Hello there! I have a shot with a man standing there and another fog layer, I want the fog to enter his ears/get sucked/vacuumed and all I can find online is by using the puppet tool which isn't working right with the fog, so any idea how to that or what should I search for? thanks a lot!

Typically you would simply reverse some filmed footage of a smoke can or similar. Otherwise this can be done with particle systems that either gave real gravity fields to suck in stuff (Trapcode Particular, Stardust) or are equally reversed. Other than that you can try to bend whatever footage you have in place using distortion effects like Bèzier Warp, Mesh Warp or indeed the Puppet Tool as well as commercial plug-ins like RevisionFX RE:Flex. Really depends. Some more info and screenshots may help to advise if you can't figure out things on your own.

I agree with Mylenium, knowing more about what your assets are would help a lot. I'm a big fan of using things like Bezier Warp, Liquify, or Mesh Warp to move things around, but I also love Trapcode Particular and there are SO MANY ways to do what you're asking.
