Please someone teach me what things should i learn. 

The animation looks very smooth and looks it was 3d object .. Im very jealous  i wish i can make it too

It's a matter of perspective, light and shadows.

If you want to learn this, take a pencil and a sheet of paper and draw something.

the tools for this animation is always Cinema 4d with toon shader, anyway cinema 4d lite comes with AE so you can give a try

Start by learning how to create the style using Adobe Illustrator. There are lots of tutorials out there. This one is not too bad and it goes over lots of design tricks.

Then dive into things like Puppet Pin and Character Animator. You will find basic information in the AE User Guide. Creating the artwork and the animation is too much for a forum post but this info will get you started. The better artist you are the easier it will be to create something original.
