How to move an anchor point on the X/Y axis instead of X/Z?

If you grab the center of a 3D anchor point (grey ball) you can change it's X/Z values simulateously. Is it possible to change that to X/Y? It would be much more useful to me.Screenshot 2023-09-11 174258.png
