How to put a video in a object (regular layer) in after effects

Hi! I Hope to get help here 🙂 

 

I have uploaded psd files in after effects. I want to put a video under one of the files (regular comp/layers) to make the video fit into an object/shape with no filling. Does anyone have experience and please can help me out.
