HOW TO SCALE COMPOSITIONS IN OTHER SIZES?

I'm working on a project, but I can't get the plugin to work properly because the dimensions are so inconsistent. If Width: 1920, Height automatically assigns the measure I want and this prevents me from doing what I want. automatically...Since I can't automatically place the project in different dimensions, I constantly reposition the animations in different dimensions, which takes quite a few hours.
