How to solve frame glitches during export?

I figured I'd make my own post because I can't find anything about this online. Basically (I've attached video examples below) whenever I export my videos certain frames glitch where the earlier or later portions that I've already cut out play in place of the clip, if that makes sense? Also, it looks fine in the compilation. I've tried extending the clips so it won't flash to black, but it still happens whenever I view the exported file. I'm fine with uninstalling and reinstalling AE, but I'd like to avoid that unless I absolutely can't-- any other solutions?

Start by checking your hardware acceleration settings and update your system's graphics driver. Switch to software-only rendering and encoding if necessary. Also flush out cyour caches before rendering and/ or disable cache usage in the render settings.
