How to use the Color Picker with CEP nad React

Is there a way to use a color picker?
I tried to use EveDropper API but it didn't work.
I am developing a CEP for AfterEffects, so it would be better if I could open the AfterEffects color picker.

I am looking for a function to get the color of the clicked pixel like this one.
I am not an English speaker, so I don't know the name and am having trouble finding it.

there's no direct way without resorting to c++.
