How to Visually See the Columns & Rows with Card Dance Effect?

I added the effect and can change the values, but do not know how to see the coluns and rows changing.

Huge help to anyone who knows this one!

Unless you actually apply a gradient map and tweak the parameter values for e.g. scale or rotation you won't see anything but the occasional blip due to render errors.
