How would you approach this difficult (for me) motion track?

I’ve got a drone shot where I want to motion track a still of a golf course on top of it, but for some reason, all of my usual methods are not working. I’ve been banging my head trying to get this to work.

Any ideas?

(The final image will be B&W, but I included the color base layer to make it easier for you to understand what I’m trying to do.)

This is going to sound crazy but since I edit in Resolve and after enough headbanging w AE and Mocha, etc, I said, let me just look up a Fusion tutorial and try because why the hell not. I literally figured it out and it looks great in under 15 minutes!
