I can't launch Adobe after effect cc

When i try to launch it, adobe after effect stops working and freeze. Can i have some advices please?

Been having the same problem for a few days now.

A possible solution is to start up and reset your preferences :
- When you start the application, hold down the SHIFT + OPTION + COMMAND key combination.
- 2 windows will pop up, asking you to reset your preferences and your shortcuts.

- Click yes to both, and AE should show up.

You may have to set certain prefs again (javascript allow acces, preview monitor, etc), but at least AE is running again.

(PS : this is on a mac. Not sure what the procedure is on PC)

If you are a Windows user, I recommend you update your graphic card driver.
