I can't make a render and even make the resolution high, How can I solve the problem?

Check the footage that you're trying to use. Something is at 22457x24465 (maybe look also at the effects you're using and see if any of those are scaling footage or the output of the effect up).

Your comp size is too large for AE to render. 22457x24465 is a very large composition. You'll have to reduce the composition size.

I agree with what jenkmeister said. In a lot of cases, it's the Motion Tile effect. If you're not using Motion Tile, try disabling your effects one by one.
