I cannot render from AE in Media Encoder

This says It can't be opened
And I updated AE just yesterday 

When I wanted to Opend Media it updated automatically, asked me few questions and boom.

It's important. I need to submit my project before noon and my file needs a little time for rendering

Would you please help me for rendering my project or helping me find out the problem?

We appreciate you writing in. Could you test the issue after disabling hardware encoding under Preferences > Media?
