i cant see transform handle and mask

Sorry for your issue.

I see that you're using plug-ins in After Effects. Try removing them for testing and see if it helps. If it doesn't, try clearing the preferences of After Effects: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-after-effects/td-...

hi nishu, thankyou so much for the reply.

i already removed the plug-ins and clearing my preferences but i still can't see the transform handle and other issue is still there.

Look in your View menu (top OS toolbar) and make sure Show Layer Controls is enabled. 

It's very difficult to tell, since you've clearly changed some of the UI colors, but if there's an expression on that Scale property in the third image, that is probably what's preventing you from changing the value.
