I don't know how to fix this project, and no one seems to have answers

I recently made this photo on Photoshop, and I tried to bring it over to AE to do some moving 3D effect. When I tried dropping it into AE, the project file looked like the screenshot I posted - like it is in motion. I also tried to export each individual element from the Photoshop picture as its own file and bring it in that way, and it's still doing the same thing. I saw something about rasterizing all effects, and I even tried that, but not even that worked. I have no idea what else I could do. Someone please try to help me figure out what I could do for this.

Your screenshots tell us nothing about the comp size, frame rate, or even if you have made the layers 3D. We don't know the pixel aspect ratio of the comp, and we don't know if there are any keyframes that have been set. For some reason, you have an adjustment layer on the bottom of the comp, but no effects have been applied.

Your PSD should be at least a standard frame size or larger. HD is 1920 X 1080. If you plan on scaling up or moving the camera closer to the image, the frame size of the Photoshop file should be larger. You don't want the effective scale ever to go over about 120 or 130%.

If the PSD is imported as a composition, retaining layer size, and you open the composition that is created in the Project Panel, the frame rate and the duration should be the same as the frame rate and duration of the last new composition you created in After Effects. The Frame size should match the Frame size of the PSD.

The PSD file's pixel aspect ratio and the created comp's Pixel aspect ratio should match. I do not see any effects applied to the PSD file that should cause any problems.

Without more information about the comp that has been created, there isn't much I can do to recommend a solution. Try selecting the Comp that is created on import in the Project Panel. That will tell us everything we need to know about the Comp settings. Set the Comp Resolution to Auto and make sure that the Rendering Engine is set to Classic 3D in the Advanced tab in the Composition Settings.

Turn on the first two icons in the bottom left corner of the timeline so we can see both the Switches and the Modes column, then select all layers and press the U key twice to show us any modified properties. Take another screenshot and drag it or copy it to the reply field on the forum instead of using the Drag & Drop here or browse files to attach button so we can see it without downloading, and maybe we can figure out what is causing the problem. That button is useful for uploading an AEP file to share, but dragging screenshots directly into your reply and sizing them up makes your posts a lot easier to read.

Thank you for the response, Rick. This is only my second project on After Effects so I'm still getting to learn what to look for or what I should be screenshotting for more information. I wound up looking at my composition setting and for some reason, they were stuck on a custom setting that wasn't "full," but was 20x1080. I must have tried to change them manually to 1920x1080 but it saved as that, but I'm still trying to understand why it didn't start a new composition with the proper format when I started a new project
