i just downloaded after effects and i can't find presets

I just downloaded After Effects and I can't find presets, I only have the 2024 version, but I can't find presets and I can't use plugins, I added a few plugins in the folders. but it doesn't show up in After Effects

Which Preset are you looking for? Animation presets are located in Animation > Browse Presets (you'll need to install Adobe Bridge) or you can access them from the Effects & Presets folder.

For the plug-ins, you'll need to install them as suggested by their manufacturer. Installation instructions should be available on the manufacturer's website.

As Nishu mentioned, you can find all the presets inside the Effects & Presets panel (Window > Effects & Presets)
