I need help making the camera settings visible

The first image is what I have, and the second image is what I want. How do I move the type of camera setting and view and the other buttons to this panel? For now, I have to go to the "view" button on the top left of the screen but it would be a lot faster if I had this.

The latest build of After Effects has changed the layout of the Composition Panel. If you want to see Active Camera and View options you must have at least one 3D layer or a Camera in the timeline.
