Import procreate png file to AE

Im working on hand drawn style animation, Are there any way to import Png file from procreate and animated with a Ellipse path?

I'm not clear what you are asking. Of course AE will import PNGs just fine. You may just need to slice whatever artwork you have into suitable separate layers. Solid lumps of artwork rarely ever are of any use.
