The CTI (Current Time Indicator) in After Effects is always at the start of the current frame. In your screenshot, the comp is only 6 frames long. That means that the last frame starts at 5 frames so that is where the CTI stops when you move to the end of the composition. Frame 5 has not played yet, when it does, the comp will end at 6 frames. If you set the out point of a layer (Alt/Option + ]) you will always see the last frame because it has not played yet.

After Effects has always worked this way. You can move the CTI to the end of the last frame by pressing Ctrl/Cmnd + right arrow if you want, but the comp panel will then be empty because the video is over.

This is different than an NLE like Premiere Pro. When you cut a layer, the cut is made at the end of the frame. After Effects is not a video editing app and it makes more sense to see the start of the frame you are on when doing animation so you can accurately set things up. All animation and compositing apps work like this. On the other hand, when you are editing a video, the standard practice is to go to the spot where you want the next cut to start. That's the way cutting a movie has always worked, you cut the film, the tape, or the digital movie where you want the next cut to start. That is why the behavior of the CTI is different in an animation and/or compositing app than it is in an NLE.

Thank you but few days ago it was working normally and suddenly it is not. Mayby its related to the time lime was showing seconds and now it shows frames, and i cannot rid of this view. whatever i change it shows oly frames, nothing is working properly. Might be the fault of some plugins i added recently?

There has been no change in behavior and your screenshot shows a 6 frame comp. You just did not notice that the CTI was at the start of the last frame because there were so many frames in your comp.
