After launching AE every time I create a composition with multilayer exr files "Initializing GPU" window pops up. A process takes a minute or so and then application is usable.

I have the latest Studio Drivers for my GTX 4090 GPU.
Hello ADOBE, did you talk to NVIDIA or pretend the issue doesn't exist?
Similar here, also on RTX 4090.
GPU initializes every single time I launch AE.
Doesn't happen on a michine with RTX3090.
