My name is Maxence. I'm writing to you because I have a question about an effect I saw in a video. After watching a tweet from Euro 2024 that included a video with a very nice effect, I'm wondering how to create it myself using the software After Effects.
I am attaching the link to the tweet so you can see the effect in question. The effect starts at 4 seconds and ends at 7 seconds in the video. I would like to know if this effect has a name and how to reproduce it.
