is there a shortcuts to disable the keyframes?

to get from this:

 if there isnt a shortcut, is there a way so set one? i mean whats the name of that?

No shortcut because it's not possible to ascertain the user's preferred value for the property when keyframes are ignored. Perhaps there are other options if you elaborate exactly what you want to do. 

IF you want a property to act as if it has its default value, you can apply an Expression and save it as an Animation Preset (FFX). So, for Transform>Scale, you can apply this Expression -
[100,100]


You can temporarily disable an Expression with a shortcut key but there is no shortcut associated with the Command. So, you'll have to go into the Keyboard Shortcuts Visualizer to set one. There is also a Command to Enable Expressions. HTH
