Hi,
I ask this question because I plan to create an animated show, but since this is too often money/time-consuming, I wish I could simply create characters and landscapes and write a script for the movie or the show, then ensuring the script could automatically be converted into the video format. This is so I could easily work in such a project on my own, but also that I could achieve in one or two years what could usually only be done in more than ten or fifteen years for example if I didn't use any AI tool. I wonder if you understand what I mean about all that.
So, thanks you for your answers, and have a good day!

There is no such thing and if there ever will be is doubtful even if you're the most starry-eyed AI fanboy. Even just training such an algorithm would be a major undertaking and then having it produce something that lives up to professional requirements and consistent storytelling is a whole different thing. It may be possible one day, but not now and predictably not for the next ten years if you don't count existing implementations that mash together existing videos.

I think the closest you can get here is Adobe Character Animator. That can handle character animation, including converting audio files into mouth movements. But even then, you can't just feed it a script and get a cartoon out the end.
