Is there a way to format the effects/animation preset panel?

 For an example, I have a transitions preset that I'm creating, and wondering if there is a way to format this:

into sections, similar to something like this, with sections or some sort of grouping/hierarchy:

Find the pseudo effects maker script on AEScripts.com. Otherwise there's no way to simply group custom effects controls.

There is no way to "group" effects in native, but a person here suggested Pseudo Effect Maker. Best your gonna get.
