Is this export time normal?

Hello,

Everything works wrong since the last update. Before, a 12-15min video took about 30-35min to export and now look at that times (4h).

I have not touched anything in the settings, I have not modified any parameter, I have not installed or uninstalled any plugin. I've been working the same way for months but now it's impossible for me to work smoothly with those export times.

Not to mention the continuous crashes. Once even the PC restarted by itself 😂

I leave some screenshots in case someone could help me.

Please, we need a solution.

I add more information: as you can see in one of the screenshots, the RAM I leave available for other apps is only 4GB, but when exporting, AE only uses 11-12% of the RAM.

Why does this happen?
