Issues rendering projects with a third party font manager

Hi, I'm sure this has been covered before somewhere, but couldn't find an open ticket.

When exporting projects to render from After Effects to Media Encoder, an error message is produced:

This happens when using the Extensis Connect Fonts client. I've reached out to them about the bug, and received this response:

This is because Adobe introduced a new 'feature' in version 23.6 onwards of Media Encoder which made it load all After Effects plugins in the background, however our plugin is designed specifically for After Effects only and is not designed for Media Encoder hence you will either need to roll back to version 23.5 or just click on OK to ignore the warning.

Sounds like a limitation on the plug-in's end. The workarounds suggested by the plug-in support team is what I'd suggest. Sorry that we couldn't help.
