Issues with Greenscreen and Keylight 1.2

I have a massive issue with Prores RAW Files and Keylight1.2

Whenever I try to key out the green of the background, it keeps taking parts in the darker areas of my main character. we have tried many different versions shooting (to minimize the noise i.e.) but it just keeps doing it. there ist very little online on After Effects and Prores RAW footage. Is that the issue, or am I doing something else completely wrong?
I've added some screenshots of the Project issue.

My usual keying-Workflow is a precomp with lumetri color grading, keylight1.2 and a simple choker.
on the main comp I put another keylight1.2, key cleaner and advanced spill supressor.

Your screenshots tell us nothing about your keylight settings. I suspect that you are just not using enough of the options. This is how I use Keylight. After selecting the Soft Color and the Screen Color, I check the Status and set Screen Gain and Screen Balance, then I check the combined matte and adjust just about everything from Screen Pre-blur to Screen Despot-White. Then I check the background and continue to move down the options until I get the rest of the properties properly adjusted to pull a good key.

The Info Panel is a great way to look for problems when you are adjusting the Combined Matte.

Could I send you a sample of our material? I think we have tried many different settings including the options you mentioned. Also the triple pass key workflow was not enough to free our footage. it kept being very noisy and not as sharp, as we would be able to key with other codec types.

Is it possible that it has to do with the grading or color profile?
