I have Window 10 (ver 1906) , but error message is need Window 10 (ver 1903 over)

Do you have the 64bit verison of Windows? Ae will not install on the 32bit edition. Also, what version of Ae? Can you please share other system info? Like CPU, RAM. Thanks. Also a screen grab of your issue will be helpful.
