Key frames from After Effects to Premiere

HI Everybody!

So I'm trying to build an essentail graphics template that I can port over to Premere. I was able to tie my aniamtions to sliders to control when text would move in and out. However when I export the essentail graphics template. the stopwatch isnt there in Premere. Is there a setting im missing or has this feature not doable when porting over? Is there a workaround for it? Im guessing with expressions? if there is does anyone know a good tutorial for it?

Mainly what I'm tyring to do is have a template I can control in Premere, so I can time text to come on screen as the speaker says it. Normally I would just do this all in Premere but there is a way I need it to animate on that I need after effects to do.

Appricate any help!

As far as I know, keyframes are simply not supported in essential graphics template parameters.

If you want to show different texts at different times, I see two workarounds:

1) use the template multiple times (whenever the text should change, use a new clip i.e. a new instance of your template)

2) it this is not possible since you want fancy transition between the texts, for example, you could put the texts and the times at which they should occur in a spreadsheet. Spreadsheets can be essential graphics parameters and with expressions you can read those and link texts to them.

In my free motion graphics Ebook I describe such a spreadsheet with expressions workflow. It is a very different scenario (creating a graph based on a spreadsheet) but should give you a basic idea how to use spreadsheets in Ae. See section "Spreadsheet Data Workflow" in this chapter of the book: https://mamoworld.com/motion-graphics-ebook/content48.html
