Keyframes hidden? Moving my effect forward in time...

I'm trying to move an effect forward in time by a few seconds. The animation starts at the beginning of my clip, but i want it to start after maybe 3-4 seconds. I am not sure how to do this, but assumed i could select all keyframes and simply drag them forward in the timeline. When I hit UU i get this, but dont see any keyframes.

I must be doing something wrong, and/or is there another much simpler workaround. I simply want my logo to remain un-animated for a couple extra seconds.

Thanks!

You are looking at a nested comp (a Pre-comp). If you open that nested comp, select all layers, then press the U key only once, you should see keyframes for the animated properties. The Composition/Flowchart will also show you the layer and effect structure of all nested comps if you expand it. You can double click on any layer in a flow chart to open that comp and expose it's modified properties.
