La previsualizacion del vídeo y el audio es muy lenta y al exportar el vídeo ya terminado aun va mal

Yo importo mi vídeo y mi audio, configuro los fps de cada cosa en composición según el de los vídeos, y al darle me sale los fps en rojo bajandl y esas cosas.
