lag in mp4 output

Hi, I use after codec for rendering, in a heavy project when I render the work, the mp4 output is not continuous and there is a little step by step lag in move of frames, I changed the quality and speed in after codec setting, but still same problem

How I Can fix the problem?

The camera movement is fragmented(in mp4 format that exported)

But the preview in after effect is fine
