Language switch failed, can't open AE

I want to change the language of After Effect but didn't succeed in my old version, so I deleted the Chinese version and download it again with the English version, but I can't open it now. It keeps showing me running mistakes, anyone knows what I can do about it?

it looks like a subscription issue, the best way is to adobe contact the support team and ask for help.
