Lightsaber gone wrong

Can someone explain how to fix this?

The animation was working fine and aligned with the saber. But when I went to replay it as seen above, it is no longer aligned. How do I fix this?

I fixed the issue. The cause is when I move the lightsaber mid video to match my toy light saber, it puts everything off alignment. The question now is how can I reduce the length of the light saber? It wont allow me as seen below. I can reduce it by shrinking the corner resizable indicator, but if I do this, it ruins the light saber by putting it off alignment. How can I reduce the length of the lightsaber without shrinking which puts it off alignment after replaying the video.
