Linear keyframe "ease" across multiple layers

Hi All,

Having an issue I need some help with.

The goal is to create an animated zoom in using still image plates, where there is a smooth linear zoom through 3 layers of still images.

As I have created it now, the zoom works of course, but it is not smooth. The zoom rates are slightly faster/slower for each layer which is quite noticeable to the viewer.

The problem is that I can not figure out how to "Easy Ease" across the layers. Rather it applies the ease to each layer independently.

This image is the graph representation before any "easing".... as configured manually..

This image is when "Easy Ease" is applied with all green graph lines selected.

As you can see it creates the linear flow in each layer, but not across the 3 layers combined..

Any help in figuring this out would be unbelievably appreciated.

A couple of different approaches you could consider:

1. Remove the scaling animation from your individual layers, parent them all to the same null, scale and ease the null.

2. Forget the layer scaling. Set your layers to 3D and fly a camera through them.
