Why Linear wipe doesn't smoothly function, I mean, edges are pixelated and

during transition. View is full Res and quality is best. This problem is not there when linear wipe angle is changed to 180 degree. But any other degree is coming with pixelated or you can say, distorted edges as you can see yourself. Help with that if possible. Thanks

I don't see anything unexpected with your linear wipe. That effect will not respond to motion blur. Your wipe speed is giving you a little Judder because of the frame rate. If you open up the YouTube settings and play it back at the slowest speed you can clearly see a vertical edge moving the same distance on every frame. Pixel Motion Blur or CC Force Motion Blur will improve the wipe at that speed and frame rate. Changing the speed will improve the look of the wipe. Changing the frame rate of t

Your video is unavailable and you haven't really offered any meaningful explanation nor any details about your composition, your actual preview settings, your system and so on. You have to be much more specific. Start by including screenshots or actually making the video work so people at least have something to look at.

This video has linear wipe tool apllied and you can see little pixelated or distorted edges while it wipes. I don't know why this problem happening with linear wipe only. THis is a very simple attempt, trying linear wipe on 1920.10180 video and preview settings are default as it is in adobe after effects 2021. I have tried linear on rectangle shapes as well as new solid layer, but this problem of distorted edges with linear wipe is there, as you can see in video. ALso with the same linear wipe tool applied here on 180 degree, the edges are perfect while it wipes. Quality- ''best'', resolution- full,

Changing the frame rate of the comp to a higher frame rate will reduce the number of critical speeds that cause judder.

Agree with Rick. Nothing unusual there. You will simply have to change the timing and add a bit of motion blur. It may also already help to ever so slightly adjust the feathering of the edge.
