Linking to a Marker

Hi
I was wondering if someone could please assist me.

I have a recording of an online conference for a client of mine. They have asked me to put a visual at the beginning displaying the timings of when various people are presenting. I have done this no problem.

They have now asked if the timings displayed can be linked to that pont in the video.

Could someone please let me know if it is possible to jump to certain points in a video using After Effects.

I think After Effects cannot export markers as chapter markers. Some video platforms allows you to upload a plain text file including the time for your chapters. Even you have some authoring tools for embed chapter markers in exported After Effects videos. In Premiere Pro you can add markers and export them as a text file, so you can reformat the txt file to adapt it for video streaming platforms.

Probably any other colleague in this community can throw more light about this.
