Lottie doesnt start

Hi, i installed Lottie for AE, but doesnt start, ive tried in the latest version and another too.  😞

Everything its updated, so i dont know whats happening,

Do you see any error messages? I'd recommend contacting the plug-in manufacturer for better support in this case.
