make shape layer size size of project size

i created a cirkel with the elipse tool.
added a audio visualizer.
but after rendering because the outher edge is near the mask some parts are cut off during the animation.
how to resize the layer size to comp size without making the mask bigger?

Copy the mask to the clip board, change the solid's size via the layer menu --> Solid Settings, paste back the mask.

i find out setting it on add makes it smaller so i set none and solved! tnx
