mask won't remove from background

Hi friends,

I have a weird problem, but i once made a mask with rotobrush, and now it keeps popping up in the background of every project i make. It doesn't show in the project itself, like i can't click on it. now i just put a black solid over it but it's very weird. Does anyone else have this problem?

Start by clearing out your disk caches. Also check the state of your comp screenshots and empty the allocated slots.
