Memory Cache Clearing problem

Long story short i saw the error of not having enough memory disk cache, so i went to purge it. However when i loaded after effects again it shows the same error and when i tried to purge it a second time i only get 8mbs. I still get the error despite purging the disk cache, is there a folder i can manually dig up?

Thanks for writing in.

Please go to After Effects Preferences > Media & Disk Cache and lower the Maximum Disk Cache Size than the space available in the drive or change the media cache location to a drive that has more space available.
