Your system probably an incompatible GPU. Make sure your system meets the Minimum System Requirements. If the GPU is on the list then the driver may be out of date or improperly installed. A little system info would be helpful.

My GPU is 4 GB NVIDIA RTX 2050 (mobile gpu) and I'm using Intel i5 1240P CPU and it's showing the same problem, can you please help me. I'm using After Effects 2023.
