Meu After Effects não inicia

Desde segunda-feira não consigo abrir meu After Effects, apenas clico para abrir aparece a Janela mas o App não inicia, alguma sugestão? Apenas o After Effects não abre. Criando um outro usuário no windows eu consigo abrir, menos na conta principal.

Sounds like something got messed up with the permissions on that user account. If uninstalling and reinstalling AE doesn't work, try installing a different version of AE. If that still doesn't work, you may need to just migrate everything over to that new user account.

Consegui! Havia um conflito com a biblioteca de fontes da creative cloud, tive que desativar todas as fontes.
Vi um conteúdo tbm aqui no forum que funcionou pra vário usuários, desloga da creative cloud, reinicia o computador e depois faz o login e abre o programa. Depois tenta ai essas opções
