Missing Effects with a template

Hello! I downloaded a template to use in after effects. I was able to convert it to be able to open in the new version, but it says there is a missing a references to an effect called "Element." The effect will not work without it. Does anyone know if there is a place I can find this effect? I've attached a screenshot.

You open the window of the effect controls from Effect menu to see or remove the effect.

Element 3D V2.2 3D is made by Video Copilot. It is a very useful effect. If you do a lot of that kind of compositing, it's worth the money.
