Mocha FX Crashes when I try to lunch it on AE23

Every time I try to lunch Mocha FX it crashes.
When I click it opens the banner on the left and when I press the Mocha button it opens the SW but the window is white and stack. There is also a small window proposing the Mocha Pro but it is also stuck. Only closing the Mocha app is possible.

Tried uninstalling, deleted AE, PR, all Mocha folders and files and installed again, did not solve this.

 

Saw a 2022 forum message saying to change registers, couldn't find those registers. 

Please help... Need this very much

Thank you for reporting this issue. When you say "it crashes", do you mean After Effects itself crashes and presents a Crash Reporter dialog, or something else? And what is the "SW" you mentioned? If possible, could you share a screen recording of the behavior you are seeing?
