moving a text box on a pre-set video

hello all me again,  i have a question i am struggling to get the tagline down in after effects please see attached image were it has tagline i wish to move it it under building services but i cant seem to work it out instruction would be much appreciated thank you in advance 

any support would be much welcome

It looks like you need to open up the nested comp (Layer 2) or look at the flow chart and figure out where the tagline layer is.
