Multiframe rendering won't work when exporting

I  know when you have multi-frame rendering allowed there should also be a green bar indicating the frames that are rendering at the same time, But it's not working for me, as you can see it also says that there is only one frame rendering at a time. It appears to work on preview, info pannel says 2-5 frames are rendering at the same time, but not when exporting, am I doing something wrong?

In terms of preview vs. export, are you previewing at the same resolution as the export?
