My AE lags when I add a preset

When I add a preset my composition starts lagging like crazy. It takes like 1 minute for the my pc to process when I click on one thing. Help

Hi Oskar,

After Effects has to cache the frames that have been changed due to the nature of the preset. Depending on the preset, one minute doesn't seem too outrageous. We could use more info to help you: about your computer system, the media, comp settings, the preset, and the effects it contains. Hope we can help.
