My After effects export looks blurry

My after effects export looks slightly blurry - how can I fix this? It's a very slight difference but you can see the text is not as crisp/clear looking. I've tried changing the quality settings to 'Current' instead of best, increased the bitrate, exported as quick time but I can't seem to fix the issue.

Did you render out from AE or ME?

Also, need to see your render settings where VBR is set... I'd be more concerned with the colour shift.

Comparing both your screenshots scaled to same size the type looks fine - it's your colours that are off

The screenshot isn't doing it justice but the text does look slightly blurry when exporting compared to the quality in AE, I'll see what's going on with the color I noticed that too
