My vector disappear sometimes

Hi, I'm having a problem sometimes, when I make some change in one layer, other just go missing.

Here is the scene

But in the next frame, the hand just disappear.

But when I open the hand composition, the hand is there

I already check for the opacity of the composition, and is 100%. And this is randomly, sometimes when i move some keyframe from a layer, or when i add some new layer, happens in random frames, with random things.

Start by flushing your caches. Also check your hardware acceleration settings and your graphics driver. The artwork looking so poorly antialiased definitely suggests there could be an issue with this stuff.
