My Video looks pixelated when I import them

Always when I import a video or a picture on After Effects it looks pixelated, I look for a 4k quality and still looks  pixelated, I don't know what else to do. Please help me, this is stressing me out so bad and I really wanted to do my videos on ae, I install and uninstall it again?

Screenshots, system info, other details. Nobody can work with nothing. As a start, check your hardware acceleration settings and update your system's graphics driver. Issues on that front are the most common cause for these problems.
